1. Company information

2. Regulatory status

Mediant Partners Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. TyreStack is business software. It does not provide banking, payment, credit or financial advice, and it does not hold or move money. Features that read bank data do so read-only, through a third-party provider that is itself authorised, using the customer's consent.

3. The documents that apply

4. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us at hello@tyrestack.com and we will acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to respond within 10 working days. Complaints about personal data should go to privacy@tyrestack.com; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

5. Trade marks and independence

TyreStack and its logo are our marks. WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram and Facebook are trade marks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Google Workspace are trade marks of Google LLC. Other product and company names are the property of their owners. They are used only to say what TyreStack works with. TyreStack is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those companies, and the use of their names does not imply any partnership.

Map data in screens and screenshots comes from OpenStreetMap contributors (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence) and Natural Earth.

6. Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. The site uses semantic markup, works with keyboard navigation and screen readers, has visible focus states, respects reduced-motion preferences, and works at phone widths and with browser zoom. Some screenshots of the product are images; their key content is described in the text beside them.

If you find a barrier or need the information in another format, email hello@tyrestack.com and we will respond within 5 working days. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service. This statement was prepared on 4 October 2026 from our own review; it has not yet been independently audited.

7. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our site or service, please email hello@tyrestack.com with the details. Please do not access other people's data, degrade the service or publish the issue before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. We will acknowledge your report within 3 working days and will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

8. Governing law

Use of this site is governed by the law of Scotland and the courts of Scotland, as set out in our website terms.
